Natalie Janji is a TEDx speaker, coach, and bestselling author of The Miracle Morning for College Students, based on the international bestselling book, The Miracle Morning, which discusses how practicing a morning routine can greatly benefit and transform the life of students. She received her bachelors degree in chemistry from Loyola Marymount University in 2016, and during her senior year decided to switch from a career in sciences to a career in serving students. Natalie is grateful to live out her passions each day, and teaches students how they can design a life around their passions, too.
Natalie shares her morning routine and walks through her unique schedule as an author and speaker. Her senior year, when she reflected on her college journey, Natalie realized the incredible impact of her morning routine. She found that students often forget to put their health first and now she’s on a mission to change that.
Instead of simply going through the motions of the day, Natalie encourages all of us to slow down and get to know ourselves. Journaling, reading and meditating are just some of the methods she’s incorporated into her own routine.
The inspiration for her book came from actually meeting Hal Elrod, the #1 international bestselling author of The Miracle Morning, when he came to speak at her high school. But what’s really impressive is how Natalie took the initiative to reach out to Hal and share her idea for a book focused on college students. Find out how Natalie connected with Hal and made her vision a reality. After listening, find one person who inspires you and reach out.
